Position: 1) Area Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure outlets under his/her charge are operationally ready and doing a profitable business .
  • Ensure outlets under his/her charge are adequately run according to established business practice and local authority’s rules and regulations.
  • Suggest, ‘sell’ and implement market wide ideas to enhance outlet’s operational needs and procedures.
  • Selecting, training, motivating and developing outlet staff.
  • Provide leadership and direction for outlet staff.
  • From time to time, he/she may be assigned by operation manager to take on special projects or to perform additional duties to those outlined above.
Requirement :
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 5 years related working experience.
- Positive work attitude, resourceful and able to work independently.

Position: 2) Restaurant Manager / Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Supervise service and kitchen team to hit sales target, achieve labour and food cost target.
  • Ensure all employees are adequately knowledgeable in outlet procedures.
  • Manage work schedule of all employees under his/her direct supervision giving serious consideration to labour cost, but assuring the staffing is adequate to provide excellent service and proper coverage at all times.
  • Checks maintenance of all equipments located in or used in the area under his/her supervision and request immediate repairs where necessary.
  • Responsible to defuse situations arising from misunderstanding between service and kitchen team and handles customer’s complaint effectively.
  • Ensure observance of outlet and employee’s hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
  • Work closely with the chef /assistant chef in determining which menu are most sellable and conveys to his/her guests courteously on quality of food, its temperature and appearance.
  • From time to time, he/she may be assigned by the Operations Management Team to take on special projects or to perform additional duties to those outlined above.
Requirement :
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 3 – 5 years related working experience.
- Positive work attitude, resourceful and able to work independently.

Position: 3) Supervisor/Restaurant Management Trainee
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Leading Service Specialist and Service Specialist.
  • Assist in payroll administration and monitor employee’s attendance.
  • Report any guests or staff complaint, regardless how small to the manager / assistant manager.
  • Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents in order to verify product quality and quantity.
  • Maintain food and non-food inventories, and keep inventory records.
  • Upkeep of the outlet, equipment, furniture, fittings and etc and report any loss and repairs to his/her immediate superior.
  • Report to his/her immediate superior immediately if there is any accident or problems arise in the outlet.
  • Ensure observance of outlet and employee’s hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
  • From time to time, he/she may be assigned by manager / assistant manager to take on special projects or to perform additional duties to those outlined above.
Requirement:
- Fresh degree and diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No experience required, training will be provided.

Position: 4) Leading Service Specialist / Service Specialist (Part/Full Time)
Responsibilities:
  • Greets guests warmly and perform customer service.
  • Be punctual, efficient, and courteous and assumes at all times, a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guests.
  • Arranging of food according to guests orders.
  • Cleans tables and clear dishes.
  • Ensure outlet and personal grooming, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
  • Report any guests’ complaint, regardless how small to the immediate superior.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirement:
- Minimum PMR/SPM or equivalent.
- No experience required, training will be provided.
- Positive work attitude, resourceful and able to work independently.
Position: 5) Chef/Assistant Chef
Responsibilities:
  • Work with kitchen team to achieve food cost and labour cost targets.
  • Train Cooks
  • Actively think of promotions and create new dishes. 
  • Supervise and coordinate of kitchen team in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
  • Observe and test food to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils.
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to kitchen team.
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food handling practices.
  • Check the quality of raw materials and cooked food to ensure that standards are met.
  • Check the quantity and quality of received products.
  • Schedule kitchen team hours and assign duties.
  • Estimate food consumption in order to anticipate amounts to be purchased or requisitioned.
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that kitchen team follow standards and regulations.
  • Maintain good personal grooming and hygiene at all times.
  • From time to time, he/she may be assigned by Operations Management Team to take on special projects or to perform additional duties to those outlined above.

Responsibilities

Requirement :
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 1 – 2 years related working experience.
- Positive work attitude, resourceful and able to work independently.
Position: 7) Leading Kitchen Specialist / Kitchen Specialist (Part/Full Time) Responsibilities
  • Work with kitchen team to achieve food cost target.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Portion, arrange, and garnish food.
  • To make sure that presentation are made according to standard recipes.
  • Ensure observance of safe, sanitary food handling practices.
  • Maintain good personal grooming and hygiene at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirement :
- Minimum PMR/SPM or equivalent.
- No experience required, training will be provided.
- Positive work attitude, resourceful and able to work independently.

The above positionsare restaurant based. Candidates must be able to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays
